Terms of Service
These are the terms for using Safehub HQ. By using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
1. What Safehub HQ is
Safehub HQ takes raw incident notes and generates a structured first-draft investigation report. It applies frameworks including ICAM, 5 Whys, and the Hierarchy of Controls, and aligns with ISO 45001 principles.
2. What you agree to
When you use Safehub HQ, you agree that:
- You will review and verify every output before using it for any operational, regulatory, or legal purpose.
- You will not paste in information you are not authorised to share (for example, confidential medical records, legally privileged material, or information about people who have not consented to AI processing).
- You will not use Safehub HQ to harm, harass, defame, or identify individuals by name. The product is designed to focus on systemic and organisational factors, not blame.
- You will not attempt to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the product, or use it to generate content that violates law.
3. Usage limits
Free use is currently capped at one investigation per email, up to five refinements per draft, and three investigations per IP address per day. These limits exist so we can offer the product for free and may change as the product evolves.
4. Your draft is not saved
The draft only exists in your browser tab. If you close the tab without downloading, the draft is gone. We do not store completed drafts on our servers. Always download the PDF or Word file before closing.
5. AI limitations and accuracy
The product uses a large language model to produce the draft. The model can make mistakes. Specifically:
- It may misread an uploaded image or document.
- It may make inferences that are reasonable but wrong.
- It may overlook a fact you provided.
- It may produce text that looks confident but is inaccurate.
That is why every finding is tagged as [FACT], [INFERENCE], or [PATTERN], and every report includes an Information Gaps section. You must verify before using.
6. No warranty
Safehub HQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safehub HQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product. This includes any liability arising from a report, decision, or action you take based on a Safehub HQ draft.
If you are a regulated entity (for example, a mining operator or rail operator with statutory investigation duties), you must still meet those duties using qualified investigators and your own internal processes. Safehub HQ does not discharge any regulatory obligation.
8. Intellectual property
The product, including its design, code, and methodology, belongs to Safehub HQ. The content you generate (the draft report) belongs to you. You can use it however you need to.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms or abuses the product. You can stop using Safehub HQ at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Australia, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your country says otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the product after a change means you accept the new terms.
